Why it's good to complain to big business

I have been using Pampers for Aidan. They are so nice and soft and I just like them. However, I have had 2 incidents of when I was putting the diaper on him and the sticky part came off which made the diaper useless. This happened twice!

I was highly annoyed. I mean - it was only 2 diapers - but for goodness sake - Pampers are expensive!

So - I went on the Pampers website and I sent an email to customer service and complained.

I received an email with an apology and then I received something in the mail today. I received four $10 off coupons! Considering that a huge box of diapers costs $40 - a $10 coupon is awesome!

So - it's worth it to complain if you are not happy!
