Hail Mary

Maddie has some rosary beads that are in her dresser drawer. I kept them tucked safely away (or so I thought).

Well - she found them yesterday. Ever since, she has been wearing them around her neck. I tried to explain the concept of "The Rosary" to her. I told her that the beads are for counting purposes and we say the "Hail Mary" on each bead. She seemed to like it and started praying. She knows the"Hail Mary" by heart. After about the 3rd one, she stopped and was on to something else.

On to something else - but still wearing them around the house like a necklace.
