It's a constant battle over here at the Graber household. I try to keep up with the ever-changing sizes of both kids and try to stay on top of it all.
It's hard. As we were walking into church today, I noticed that Maddie's entire outfit looked - well -it looked kind of silly on her. Her cute pink pants with the hearts on the behind were starting to look a bit high-waterish. Her white shirt was riding up a bit so her belly was showing. Just a little bit. I sighed and realized that it was time to retire that outfit. Put it aside for consignment or put it in the donation bin.
Aidan had on a cute little outfit the other day that seemed to be really loose on him last month - but now all of a sudden - it was tight. I mean - it still fit him - but he somehow filled it out a LOT more. I guess that is good. Growing kids are wonderful. It's just the constant battle of staying on top of the season changes, and the growth changes. I am constantly in the dresser drawers, rotating, trying the clothing on them and making sure my kids are properly clothed.
If you have any advice - throw it my way!
