Decorating

Last year it was all I could do to just decorate the tree. After all, I was 9 months pregnant.
This year is a different year. A different time. I feel more festive.

I am going all out this year. I have already decorated the foyer which includes greenery, lights, bows, and balls up and down the banister. I tackled the mantle today which is my personal favorite.

I imagine this weekend we will do the outside lights. I still need to do the porch and then we need to do the tree. I am predicting that will buy our Christmas tree the weekend of the 5th. I did see a car drive by me a few days ago with a Christmas tree on top of it. MMMM. I do think that is a little bit early for a real tree. But- who am I to say?

Anyway - I am getting in the spirit and Maddie has been my little helper. Aidan seems to enjoy the lights and of course - he is trying to swipe the Christmas balls.

Ha. But we will keep on decorating and plugging away.
