Restless Leg Remedies

I don't mean to keep writing about my restless legs. However, I did a little research and it appears there are some home remedies.
Many people suggested eating a banana before bed.
Some said to drink 2 tbsp. of tonic water.
Some others said to take calcium with magnesium.

I went to the store today and bought all 3 of those items.

We will see what happens tonight.
