I miscalculated. I thought I had 4 more weeks of maternity leave. I actually only have 3 more weeks. How did the past 5 weeks go so fast? I mean - I know 3 weeks is still a lot of time. However, the thought of leaving the little man in 3 weeks seems so soon. Too soon.
Anyway - I spent a lot of time organizing clothing today. Going through the clothing takes time, energy and patience. It also requires my lovely daughter to try on multiple pieces of clothing so I know what fits. The big consignment sale is in March - so this gives me a good reason to go through everything and pick and choose and figure out what can be sold and what can still be worn. It is amazing the range of sizes that Maddie is. She can fit in 2T-4T pants depending on the type of pants. She also can wear 3T and 4T dresses. As for shirts -she can wear 4T and 5T.
After organizing and sorting through the clothing I clipped coupons, went to the dentist, vacuumed, and amused both kids while Brian painted the hallway.
Fun stuff on this Martin Luther King Holiday.
