What happened to John McCain?

I think Maddie is in denial. She keeps asking me what happened to John McCain.

I keep telling her that he lost the presidential race and that Mr. Obama is our president.

She smiles and me and laughs and then says, "No, mama! Obama is not the president. John McCain won!"
