Old

I feel old this week. Not sure why. I think I might have a little bug. I haven't really felt well since Monday. I don't have a fever. And I don't have a cold. I just feel tired, and run-down. I have had a splitting headache since Monday and it finally went away today. However - I still feel so, so tired.

I got up this morning and looked in the mirror and I thought, "Wow. I look like hell." Really. I did think that. I had bags under my eyes and my skin looks dry and icky. I took some advil and slapped on some makeup and hoped for the best.

It's not a good feeling to feel tired.

I had my annual physical last week and I had bloodwork drawn. Everything came back fine - except for my Vitamin D level. So - now I am taking Vitamin D and I am hoping it will work its magic. I have friends who swear by it. So far - I am not seeing any positive effects of this wonder vitamin!
