It's hotter than hot out there. The temperature reads about 96 and it just stinks. Too hot to take the kids outside. Too hot for the dog to go out. Too hot to do anything. Definitely too hot to run outside.
I had to go to the gym today and run on the treadmill. It was actually kind of hot in the gym. I worked up a sweat by mile 1 and by the 2nd mile I was ready to quit. I made it to 2.3 miles and called it a workout.
All I know is I am ready for the big cold front they are talking about that is supposed to swoop in on Friday.
Let's hope those weathermen aren't wrong!!
