I love Halloween. Seriously. It's my favorite holiday and I wish we had some fantastic ADULT party to go to this weekend. But - we don't. So - I will just enjoy the kid parties. It started tonight. We took the kids over to Hudson Valley. They had a nice community event where there was dancing, and trick-or-treating and games. Very cute. Lots of candy and cider donuts were eaten.
Tomorrow, Maddie has her Halloween parade and party. I am sure there will be lots more candy.
Sunday is the big event and we will trick-or-treat with a LOT of people. It will be a crowd for sure. The crowd will include friends and family and it will be a fun day.
And then it will be over. And we will move on to preparing for turkey!
