I haven't run since my race on Saturday. Today, during my lunch hour, I decided to go out and run and enjoy the gorgeous fall weather. The plan was to get 3 miles in. However, 1 mile in, I knew it wasn't going to happen. I just kind of felt blah.
My run ended up being 2 miles, most of which was walking. I just wasn't into the run. My question is, "How could I run 6.2 miles the other day, and yet today I could barely do 2 miles?"
Anyway - my next race is going to be the Turkey Trot. The big question is do I do the 10K or the 5K?
