I successfully completed week 1 of my half-marathon training.
Last week's training called for 3 miles, 3.5 miles and 4 miles. No problem.
Today, I successfully started week 2 of training with a 3.5 miler on the treadmill. I am alternating between treadmill and outside. I would much rather run outside - but I have a feeling with winter rearing its ugly head, I am just going to have learn to LOVE the treadmill. Love it. Embrace it. It will be my best friend.
I feel confident with this training plan. I will be interesting to see how I evolve and to see if it gets easier!
Only 15 more weeks to go until the big day!
