We had a fun weekend over here at the Graber household. Thanks to an unexpected surprise- we were able to go see Michael Buble on Saturday night! What a great concert. He really is entertaining and very funny and it was just a really fun night.
Then on Sunday, we celebrated Father's Day. We had my parents over for lunch and then headed to Brian's parents house to celebrate with them.
Maddie also made some headway on her bicycle. She is now able to do more than just ride back and forth in a straight line. Now - she can actually turn the bike! This is big doings for a 6 year old on a big bike! So proud of her.
In the meantime, Maddie's last day of kindergarten is Thursday. I have a lump in my throat as she keeps bringing home stuff. Today she came home with her nameplates, her writing folder and an art portfolio. It was nice to see - but I am not ready for my little girl to be done with kindergarten! How did that happen so fast??? Kindergarten seems so innocent and easy and now she is going to be a first grader and it just seems so much...older.
