2011 by the numbers

Blogging has been light this past week because I have been sick. Very sick. It started when I was driving home from visiting my college girlfriends in CT on Sunday. By Monday I had a fever, a massive headache and just felt miserable. Finally today I feel somewhat better. I am eating again. I showered. I am trying to get back to the land of the living.

Anyway - Daily Mile (that's the web site that I use to track my running) - they sent me a "year-end report" on how far I actually ran in 2011.

Here are the stats:
I ran a total of 770 miles on an average of 14 miles per week.
I completed 174 workouts and burned 29 pounds!

How's that for some numbers??
I a hoping that my mileage for 2012 will be 1000.
Do you think I can do it?

Training for a marathon racks up the miles quickly! Aim for 1,000 and crush it this year.
