Sometimes things happen and it puts the whole world in perspective.
A beautiful 5 year old girl named Maddie Musto was diagnosed with a brain tumor last week.
She died 4 days later.
I don't personally know the Musto family - but I have many friends who do. The family lives in Schenectady, NY and the story has really hit home for many of us moms. As moms we cannot even imagine this happening to us. And it makes me grateful for my own two healthy kids. But we all know that life can change on a dime. We never know what will happen. That's why we should be grateful for today. Live in the present. Enjoy the small moments. Laugh. Smile. Thank God for what we have.
