I am not one to make New Year's Resolutions. I just don't normally do it. However, this year, I am making one.
It is to be better about cooking healthy dinners that include a vegetable.
That's it.
Simple.
I need to be better about offering veggies at dinner. It's just a fact. I am not always diligent about it.
So - now that it's out there in black and white and on this blog - I have to keep my resolution - right?
