Week one training recap

Boilermaker training started this week and I had a successful week. In fact, I even ran MORE than I was scheduled to run. Very exciting!

Here's the breakdown:

Monday - 4 miles
Tuesday - 3 miles
Thursday - 2 miles (with intervals)
Saturday - 5.5 miles

That gives me a grand total of almost 15 miles! Not bad...

I even tried out a new route on Saturday that had some rolling hills.

All in all, it was a good training week.
