August recap

It's a little late...
But here is my August recap of my runs.
I had a 100 mile month!

I haven't had a 100 mile month in a very long time. In fact, I am embarrassed to say, that it has been over a year. Eeeks!

So - it felt fantastic to end the month with 100 miles.

I hope to have another 100 mile month for the month  of September. It might be tricky though since we have a lot of busy weekends, and we will be away for 6 days.
